Order
Our products can be ordered very easily via our webshop. Please go to our online shop and select if you are a consumer or professional user. Then choose your product, colour and quantity. You can choose colours from our colour fan, or if you have a colour code, insert it in the search box. Then you can add the product in your shopping cart and proceed to payment.

Payment
For payment via our webshop we accept iDeal, Paypal or credit card.
Service
If you have any questions you can contact us from Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:00 on +44 1733 309 505 for the United Kingdom and +31 24 678 0280 for the Netherlands.
Delivery
Most of the stock items are shipped within 48 hours. Other paint orders we aim to ship within 1 week to the delivery address indicated by you. You will always receive message regarding the exact delivery date.
Shipping costs
All orders above GBP 200,- will be delivered to your home (in England and Wales). For orders lower than the above amount we charge a fixed fee of GBP …….. per order.
Returns
In case you are not satisfied about your order, you can return the goods within 14 days provided that all goods are unused, without any damage and in the original packing. Articles which have been tinted to order by the client cannot be returned. If you have a complaint about the colour you can always contact us. You have 14 days to cancel the agreement without giving a reason. For this purpose you can use the cancellation form.
- Always send a copy of the invoice and your bank account number with the return shipment.
- To improve our service to customers in general we would appreciate to receive a brief description of the reason why the shipment is returned.
The purchase amount, including transportation costs, will be transferred to your bank account at the shortest possible notice.
The return shipment falls under the responsibility of the buyer and related transport costs will not be reimbursed.
